The Founding Assembly brings together those entrusted with helping establish EKLEKTOS and protecting the principles upon which it has been founded.

Their role extends beyond capital.

It is one of stewardship.

THE BEGINNING

Institutions are shaped at their formation.

The earliest decisions often become the most important.

  • Who belongs.
  • What standards are established.
  • How the institution is governed.
  • What culture is created.
  • And which principles are protected when difficult decisions eventually arise.

The Founding Assembly exists to help ensure that EKLEKTOS begins as it intends to continue.

A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

Members of the Founding Assembly are being invited to contribute more than financial capital.

THE FOUNDING PATRON

A singular role.

At the heart of the Founding Assembly will sit the Founding Patron of EKLEKTOS.

The Founding Patron will occupy a unique place in the history of the institution, helping represent its values and lending perspective, judgement and stewardship during its formative years.

There will only ever be one.

THE ULTIMATE FOUNDING MEMBERS

Four founding relationships.

Alongside the Founding Patron will stand four Ultimate Founding Members.

Together, these five individuals form the Founding Assembly, the original custodians whose belief and commitment enable EKLEKTOS to move from vision to institution.

Each Ultimate Founding Member will occupy a permanent place in the history of EKLEKTOS, bringing their own perspective, experience and relationships to its formative years.

Their role extends beyond investment.

They are founding participants in an institution intended to endure for generations.

There will only ever be four.

STEWARDSHIP

Building beyond ourselves.

The Founding Assembly will eventually become part of EKLEKTOS history.
