Joe is the Founder of EKLEKTOS and is responsible for the institution's vision, long‑term strategy and overall leadership. Having founded and scaled multiple businesses over more than twenty-five years, he has raised investment, built international brands and worked alongside entrepreneurs, elite athletes, investors and business leaders across a wide range of sectors. As Chief Executive Officer, Joe is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of EKLEKTOS remains faithful to its founding philosophy while guiding its long‑term development.

Simon leads the global brand, communications and strategic positioning of EKLEKTOS. His responsibility is to establish and protect the institution's reputation, ensuring that every interaction reflects its values of excellence, stewardship and enduring trust. As Chief Partnerships Officer, Jim develops the strategic relationships and partnerships that will strengthen EKLEKTOS as it grows internationally. He brings commercial judgement, an instinctive understanding of people and a strongly relationship-led approach to the Founding Council.
