Joe is the Founder of EKLEKTOS and is responsible for the institution's vision, long‑term strategy and overall leadership. Having founded and scaled multiple businesses over more than twenty-five years, he has raised investment, built international brands and worked alongside entrepreneurs, elite athletes, investors and business leaders across a wide range of sectors. As Chief Executive Officer, Joe is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of EKLEKTOS remains faithful to its founding philosophy while guiding its long‑term development.

Simon leads the global brand, communications and strategic positioning of EKLEKTOS. His responsibility is to establish and protect the institution's reputation, ensuring that every interaction reflects its values of excellence, stewardship and enduring trust. He oversees brand development, communications and Member engagement while shaping the institution's long‑term international presence.

Lucy is responsible for the institution's long‑term strategic development and Member experience. Working across partnerships, commercial strategy and institutional growth, she ensures that EKLEKTOS continues to evolve while remaining true to its founding principles. Her focus is creating exceptional long‑term value for Members through thoughtful strategy and carefully curated opportunities.

Bill leads the institution's investment strategy and commercial ecosystem. He is responsible for relationships with investors, family offices and strategic commercial partners while ensuring that capital deployment, partnerships and commercial initiatives remain aligned with EKLEKTOS's long‑term objectives and governance principles.

Alexia oversees the financial stewardship of EKLEKTOS. She is responsible for financial planning, governance, reporting, capital management and financial controls, ensuring that the institution is managed responsibly, transparently and sustainably as it grows.

Dan leads EKLEKTOS's relationships with prospective Members, Founding Assembly investors and Official Trusted Partners. Over more than two decades he has developed an extensive network of founders, investors, family offices and business leaders, earning a reputation for creating trusted relationships and meaningful strategic introductions. His role is to ensure that every relationship strengthens the institution while remaining consistent with its governance, values and long‑term vision.

Jim Rai is a lawyer, investor and strategic advisor with more than three decades of experience advising entrepreneurs, family offices and international businesses. He currently serves as Chairman of Team Vitality, one of the world's leading esports organisations, and has built a distinguished reputation across complex litigation, mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. His work with international family offices, emerging AI ventures and philanthropic organisations provides EKLEKTOS with exceptional governance insight, strategic perspective and relationship capital.
